M&MN Consulting as an organization has 20 years of experience partnering with the state of Texas in the U.S. in their emission control program. We are one of the leading partners in Harris County, the fourth largest county in the U.S. We have a five thousand square foot facility that is running the computerized emission control program. This uses the ESP System 1 On-Board Diagnostics computer. All services are completed by certified state inspectors employed by our company. We are here to lead the way.
